Therapeutic Approach

I use a holistic, compassion-focused approach that is innately grounded in my belief that you are the expert on your own life and experiences. My therapy practice is non-pathologizing, client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based.

My work draws from Narrative therapy, Polyvagal theory, Attachment theory, Family Systems theory, and a biopsychosocial model of care.

I'm influenced by the work of Gabor Maté, Prentis Hemphill, Peter Levine, Brené Brown, Deb Dana, Diane Poole Heller, Besser van der Kolk, and others.

What to expect from our sessions

I love to see clients recognize their ability to rewrite painful emotional blueprints and emerge from difficult experiences grounded in their strength. Together, we'll collaborate to identify and navigate obstacles within a safe emotional space that supports healing and growth.

Therapy is your place to show up as you are, and I offer authentically compassionate and accepting therapy so you can feel free to be yourself. My clients attend virtual therapy from their preferred location- whether that’s the comfort of home, a walk in the park, or over lunch break at work. Therapy is your time, and there is never a need to show up perfectly.
